MOTO Light's scent and light flavor lend it to be a great mixer. Try it straight or mix it like you would your favorite gin. The combinations are endless!

MOTO Rich
An earthy shochu with a darker scent
Moto Rich delivers with a full, earthy flavor that doesn't necessarily play well with others.

Moto Rich draws out the slightly bitter tastes of the distillation process. Those who enjoy coffee and longer aged whiskies may be a fan of MOTO Rich.

MOTO Sakura
A floral, fruity shochu
If you ever enjoyed sake, you probably enjoyed the floral taste that the koji brought to the drink. MOTO Sakura imparts the finest daiginjo koji (usually reserved for the finest sake) prior to distillation.
We named this shochu after sakura, the famous cherry blossoms that are often seen in spring all around Japan.
If you distilled your favorite sake, it may taste like this!

CHUGEN
A Sweet Potato Shochu
CHUGEN is distilled from sweet potatoes and rice. Sweet potato shochu is a rarer spirit that is only gaining in popularity in the US now. The earthy, sweet scent of the sweet potatoes impart a flavor unlike anything you've tasted before.
Chugen uses an unique black koji mold strain to give Chugen its sharper taste.
Bartenders have been eager for this spirit to hit shelves so they can wow customers with their unique combinations.
